The Mangaldan Pasalubong Center is located right in front of town’s municipal hall. It was established back in November 2015 by Municipal Mayo Bona Fe De Vera-Parayno. The center carries Mangaldan’s local meat products - tapa, tocino, longganisa, hotdog, bangus sardines, and “batutay” (carabao beef). This is in partnership with the town’s Meat and Fish Processing Center located 10 minutes away. Other products on sale include peanut brittle, peanut butter, chili oil and sauce, garlic flakes, assorted chips, and fruit wines. Visitors can purchase their pasalubong between 8am to 7pm daily.

Started in 2013 when DTI handed equipments for making longganisa. This is where all the meat products sold at Mangaldan's pasalubong center come from. The government assigned an experienced meat butcher and a meat vendor to train their staff how to process meat like beef, pork and carabao. Local cooperatives and students go here also to observe the meat process. From grinding, marinading, packing and cooking, they make sure that everything is in its good quality.

Another pilgrim site in Pangasinan, found in Mangaldan, a 417 year old church. St. Thomas Aquinas is known to be the patron of knowledge that most of its devotees are the ones who wish to pass their examination, specially those who are taking bar exams. Since 1962, the church's physical structure did not change but also had little renovations except for the altar which they call "retable" that was renovated in 2016 with the help and contributions of the people. Handrawn paintings of the 13 Stations of the Cross will get your attention. Religious and artsy devotees will enjoy going through each station while appreciating the details of a hundred year old paintings.
